Who was Teboho Letshaba?
Teboho served as the Free State Provincial Editor and the Assignment Editor for the SABC. At Motsweding FM, he also served as a program manager.
Teboho was a native of Bloemfontein in the South African Free State. He was a graduate of law school, a sports fanatic, and a Sesotho author. In addition, Mr. Letshaba wrote a lot of Sesotho books for radio and television.
Pelong Ya Lerato, an Openhis Sesotho language textbook, is widely used in South African classrooms. His creative output attests to the fact that he led an ideal life.
Teboho passed away on Tuesday after a brief illness. He passed away from an unspecified disease. Ikeledi Mathabo Letsiri paid homage to the journalist by saying,
“How can you even begin to say ‘Rest in peace’ if your heart doesn’t believe you’ve passed away? Modimo bohloko bo bokana. losing a workmate is like losing a brother. RIP Monghadi Teboho Letshaba.

After a brief illness, Teboho, a former Motsweding Programme Manager and Free State Provincial Editor of SABC News, passed away.

“Teboho Letshaba, the Free State Provincial Editor for the SABC, passed away following a brief illness. The 40-year-old has worked for the SABC since 2008, beginning as a reporter in the Bloemfontein office. He later rose through the ranks to become an assignment editor and, ultimately, a program manager at Motsweding FM.
Letshaba was a graduate of law school, a sports lover, and a Sesotho author. He passed away while working on his doctorate. Letshaba, a Viljoenskroon native, excelled in leading SABC’s Free State news and current affairs department. His memorial ceremony and funeral arrangements have not yet been made public.”
