Nigerian politician Princess Abiodun Islamiyat Oyefusi is competing for the position of deputy governor of Lagos state on behalf of the Labour Party (LP).
She was born to the late Oba Salaudeen Afolabi Oyefusi, the former monarch of the Ikorodu Kingdom.
Islamiyat Oyefusi was once a People’s Democratic Party senatorial candidate in 2015 and is still a party member. She said publicly in 2022 that she would be leaving the Party.
